Our clients came to us with a problem. They loved their home but were considering selling their floor-through loft in Chelsea. As many New York families do, they feared they had outgrown their once perfect apartment as their family grew larger. Their main challenge was that they were on top of each other. After learning a lot more about how they lived and what their needs were, we solved their problem by developing a design, centered around circulation, efficiency and light which ultimately allowed them to stay in the home they loved.
